Dans le salon se trouve un canapé qui peut se convertir en un lit pour 2 personnes.

Accommodation / "Bercy-Village"
The flat is very good situated, next to the renovated wine stores with many restaurants, bars, boutiques and cinemas, in the new area "Bercy-Village". The wonderful park, "Parc de Bercy" at only 3 minutes by foot, as well as the directly adjoining metro stop «Cour Saint Emilion » from where you are in only 10 minutes at « Châtelet », the absolute city centre of Paris. Nearby the park, the former « American centre », built by Franck Gehry, today “Cinémathèque française”. On the opposite side of the Seine and the "Parc de Bercy" is located the new library "François Mitterrand", with the amusement boats on the Seine river.

Das Appartement ist sehr gut situiert, direkt in nächster Nähe der renovierten Weinlager mit vielen Restaurants, Bars, Boutiquen und Kinos , im neuen Quartier « Bercy-Village », den wunderbaren Grünanlagen, der «Parc de Bercy», der in nur 3 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen ist, sowie direkt angrenzend die Metro Haltestelle « Cour St.Emilion », mit der Sie in 10 Minuten in « Châtelet » sind, der absoluten Stadtmitte von Paris.
